ArtXchange Gallery presents Like Mother…, a traveling exhibition co-curated by artist L. Kelly Lyles. Continuing our ‘Women’s Work’ series that explores women’s lives from a global perspective, this group exhibition features diverse reflections on the profound bond between mother and child.

First conceived to feature women artists, the exhibition was originally titled Like Mother (Like Daughter) to reflect the popular axiom and explored relationships between mothers and daughters. At ArtXchange Gallery, the exhibition has evolved to include both men and women, expanded to 20 regional artists working in a broad range of mediums and offers an enhanced focus on multicultural interpretations of the theme
